In a friendly and welcoming environment, with instruction and attention, you will practice the basic body positions, fundamental exercises as plie and tendu and the appropriate body alignment and posture. Musicality and coordination will also be developed, as we move on with the training.
It’s very important to have a great start in ballet training because you need to understand the fundamentals and the concept of it, so you can enjoy the classes and never stop improving. It’s never too late to follow your dream and to explore the limits of your body in a graceful way.
Dance experience is not required.
