Professional Ballet – Training

This is a class designed for the ones who search a lighter training in the morning. The exercises are meant to awake every part of the body and mind, focusing on alignment and balance.
The workout doesn't require any experience in dancing, all the exercises are created in a light manner, posture and balance being the main objectives. We will involve the whole body with progressive exercises and movements, breathing technique will be explained so we can have a great start of the day. You can expect floor exercises and center port de bras, all combined for a complete workout ballet class.
This class is good for the ones who search a clever approach in body workout, but also for the experienced people who just want to improve their posture, balance, body alignment and grace.
As this is a morning class, you will feel ready and full of energy to do great things after.
